Guarantee / Returns Policy
All our products come with a ‘no questions asked’ refund or exchange policy valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. Only faulty goods may be returned outside this period.
Special order goods , including custom Dreamlight leotards, or those with personalised embroidery are exempt from return unless faulty. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all scrunchies and labels intact.
Credits / exchanges and refunds are for products only.
Postage is not refundable unless faulty.
Please ensure that all parcels have the correct postage paid.
We will not accept return parcels with incorrect postage on them.
Parcels are returned at the sender’s risk, for your own peace of mind, we advise recorded or special delivery.
